You can request deletion of your CamelWay customer account and personal data collected on camelway.eu. We’ll verify your identity, process your request within 30 days, and confirm by email. If you placed an order in the last 180 days, final erasure may happen after that period (chargeback window).

What we delete?

• Customer account (login), profile details (name, email, phone), saved addresses
• Marketing subscriptions (email/SMS/push), analytics identifiers where possible

What we may retain (legal obligations)

Order/invoice info (items sold, date/time, amounts, tax) for statutory accounting/tax periods in your country. See retention summary below. Records are retained only for compliance and aren’t used for marketing.
