You have a 14-day return window, which is in accordance with the European Union consumer protection laws. This cooling-off period allows you to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a return, your camel milk powder must be unopened, unused, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. This ensures that the product remains in a condition that is safe and compliant with food safety regulations. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used packages. This policy applies to all our food items, including camel milk powder and camel milk chocolates, to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Items must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Returns on items purchased on sale or gift cards are not accepted. We process exchanges only before the shipment of your product has been dispatched. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot accept an exchange.
